Third Class Blood Order Special Award Medal

Shown in Angolas reference blue book number 1 or 2.
Along with first and second class. Identical box shown in Angolas books number 1 or 2. It's been in my collection for the last 25 years. Purchased at Max show in Monroville, PA. USA. Very rare. No identification number or maker mark. Maybe a prototype but were awared in a limited basis.
