1936 Leaders Chain Rare Dagger

Nickel cross guards, ebony wood grip, blade in excellent condition, SS motto my honor is loyalty, All details to the birds head on the grip breast and wing featured talons and wreath and swastica remain crisp and detailed. Screws are all in place and unturned.
Attached to the scabbards hanging tabs is a type I chain assembly. It features fine alternating links depicting skulls and SS runes. The connecting tabs and the thick type used in type I assemblies. The blade has no marks, rust or flaws. The scabbards is very straight with no dents. There is a letter B on the scabbard of which i have no idea what it can be. As shown on the picture on opposite side of chain are the SS runes and their hexagon frame. There is a lot of patina on this chain so did not touch it. Had this dagger for 20 years.
Around the daggers there is a silver portepee - source unknown.
